1. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, subscribe to a newsletter, or send us an email, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and the details of your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically by our web servers and analytics tools. This includes your IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type and version, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location based on IP.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not submit personal data to us.

3. Why we process your personal data and on what legal basis
We process personal data for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases indicated:
To respond to your inquiries (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps). When you contact us through forms or email, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request, route you to appropriate professional partners where relevant, and follow up with you.
To operate and improve our website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). We process technical information about your visit, including IP address and browsing behaviour, to operate the website securely, prevent fraud and abuse, and analyse how readers use our content to improve it. Our legitimate interest is balanced against your rights and freedoms, and we use anonymisation and aggregation where reasonable.
To send you communications you have requested (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). If you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise consent to receive communications, we process your email address to send those communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
To comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We process and retain certain data to comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. Who we share your personal data with
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only as described below:
Service providers. We use third-party services that process personal data on our behalf, including:
- Web hosting providers
- Email service providers
- Google Analytics (for website usage analytics; data may be transferred to the United States)
- Google Workspace (for email; data may be transferred to the United States)
- Anti-spam services for our contact forms
These providers act as data processors under our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements.
Professional partners. When you submit an inquiry through our Concierge channel requesting introductions to professional advisors (such as residency lawyers, notaries, real estate agents, banks, or relocation consultants), we may share relevant parts of your inquiry with the specific professional partner we introduce you to, only with your knowledge and as part of facilitating the introduction you have requested. We do not share your data with professional partners you have not asked to be introduced to.
Legal and regulatory authorities. We may disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, court order, or government request, or where necessary to protect our legal rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
In connection with a business transfer. If our publication is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to another entity, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable data protection law.
5. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (notably Google) may transfer data to the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards under GDPR, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Where we introduce you to professional partners in Monaco, your data may be shared with entities based in Monaco. Monaco is not part of the EEA and is not currently the subject of a European Commission adequacy decision. We share your data with Monaco-based partners only where you have explicitly requested introductions to such partners, and we limit the data shared to what is necessary for the introduction.
6. How long we keep your personal data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, including:
- Contact form submissions and inquiries: retained for up to 36 months from your last interaction, to allow for follow-up and continuity of service
- Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe, plus a short period thereafter for record-keeping
- Analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymised form
- Records required for tax or legal purposes: retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 5 to 10 years)
We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer required for the original purpose and there is no legal basis for continued retention.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable Polish law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
